Mentoring & Community

Relationships That Change Everything.

Mentoring is not a program you implement. It is a culture you cultivate, one intentional relationship at a time. Dr. Swirzinski offers resources, frameworks, and community for anyone ready to invest in others.

The Philosophy Behind the Practice

Effective mentoring begins with a shift in perspective: from seeing relationships as transactional to seeing them as transformational. A mentor is not a teacher with all the answers. A mentor is a companion on the journey, someone who asks better questions, offers honest perspective, and believes in the other person's potential even when they cannot see it themselves.

Dr. Swirzinski's approach to mentoring is rooted in three convictions: that every person has something worth investing in, that every season of life has something worth sharing, and that the communities and organizations that prioritize connection will always outperform those that don't.

Three Dimensions of Mentoring

Individual Mentoring

One-on-one relationships built on trust, consistency, and genuine care. Whether you are a mentor, a mentee, or both, intentional individual relationships are the foundation of everything else.

Organizational Mentoring

Helping companies, universities, and nonprofits move beyond formal mentoring programs toward a genuine culture of connection, where mentoring happens naturally, at every level.

Community & Women's Mentoring

Rooted in Dr. Swirzinski's work leading a women's mentoring ministry since 2018, this dimension focuses on the unique power of women investing in women across generations and life stages.

Women's Mentoring Ministry

A Community Built on Connection

In 2018, Dr. Swirzinski became a leader in a women's mentoring ministry with a simple but powerful vision: create a space where women could invest in one another intentionally, across generations and life stages.

What began as a small gathering has grown into a thriving community, a living example of what happens when you give people the structure, the encouragement, and the permission to show up for each other. The ministry has become a model for how faith communities and organizations can build lasting mentoring cultures.
